When my sisters and I were in high school, we learned about Ouija boards. We bought one and began to play with it. Two of us would get on it and the other would write everything down. At first it was fun. We talked to several different spirits that told us where they were from and about their families, etc. This went on for weeks, then gradually things started getting a little scary. Eventually, every time we got on the board, the same spirit would come on, who was not very nice. He told us he was the devil and he was going to get us somehow. He called him self "Zozo." When a friend of ours confronted our priest about this name, he got very angry and told us we should not be playing with Ouija boards; they were not toys and we could get into trouble. He gave his Sunday sermon on the subject.

Needless to say, we stopped playing with it. Then, while still in high school, one of my sister’s best friends lost her sister in a van accident. She and her sister were very close. She knew of our adventures with our Ouija board and begged my sister to let her come over and use it to talk to her deceased sister. Hesitantly, my sister sat down with her and contacted her sister with the board. Her friend bawled and told her sister how much she loved her and missed her. She didn’t want to live anymore without her and wished she could be with her. About two weeks later, my sister’s friend died… in a van accident – exactly the way that her sister had died. My sister took the Ouija board and put it out with the trash, and none of us has touched one since.

Also I would recomend the black hope horror it’s what the poltergeist movies was based on although it’s pricey to find becuase it’s considered a rare book.

What site can I visit to read the most horrifying, bone-chilling horror stories of demons, evil spirits etc…
I am not easily scared and grow bored from most of the sites I have visited so far. I seek mature stories of grown up encounters…no childrens stories. Please help me out.

There are some situations that can't be explained regardless of what, situations that may ultimately become tales to be informed by the fireside, then local history, then legends passed down thru generations. In this custom our imaginations may create unusual and horrifying things like spooks and hauntings, events that might have earthy reason. Time changes the tale piece by piece till only tiny bits of the origin story remain. A potent torch if you're conducting your spook hunt at night ( like the majority have a tendency to do ) then always take a forceful torch with you, particularly if your camera hasn't got a flash. A camera is the most critical piece of spook hunting clobber.

A camera most of the people like to bring a camcorder with them to document the events and try and collect evidence. If you can then employ a digicam for easy PC transfer. This isn't necessary but suggested. The query that everybody asks casually is ‘do Spooks and Devils exist?’ there isn't any straightforward answer to this question . But usually a ghost is a spirit that's on earth for what ever reason. Therefore he moves in this earth until he'll make amends for his sins. There's a high probability this spirit is earthbound for several reasons like some half finished work or having committed some offensive crime like kid rape and murder and for this crime is denied entry into the after life.

Doors being slammed, windows breaking, bricks falling all can't be explained by systematic logic. You were irritated, sour and torn on a twisted love that stopped your destiny. Think about the old RPG games, if you have played some – there is a bar that say’s energy and each move takes energy. Trespassers came into your house, you became confused and enraged – what do you believe you would do as a person? However, could you have sufficient energy to literally grab one of the trespassers and throw them down the flight of steps? No, I barely doubt it! Spirits need energy to manifest, they require some kind of power to choose up something.
