Efree and I talked for about 5 or 6 hours about slasher films…and we weren’t even halfway done…so lol this will be a loooong endeavour. So hope you enjoy as we first talk about slasher films that we enjoyed. And then after a few parts of this we go into the history of Slasher Films. Probably not all but we’ll try to get to most of them since we found a list of them…hope you enjoy.

Myers wouldn’t cry because he’s not even human. That was established in the very first film.
Psychos sometimes cry. Revanants like Myers and Jason don’t. They’re pure evil.
The Chainsaw series …
The Chainsaw series is so inconsistant. 1 is classic grindhouse. 2 is over the top black comedy. 3 suffers from what Halloween 6 went through STUDIO INTERFERENCE! 4 is just CRAP. Remake is pretty good in my opinion-almost captures the dread and black humor of first two films. The Beginning is more violent but suffers from being too much like the remake.

Love this series of vids, Matt. It will take me forever just to get a chance to watch them all. Have either of you seen the fabled original unrated cut of Leatherface? I hear there are fan edits floating around out there that restored the film to it’s original gory glory.

I can barely remember Leatherface (TCM3). A friend and I rented it with a few other horror films when were younger and fell asleep probably 20 minutes in. All I can remember is a truck coming out of a garage and chasing some people down or something.
Might have to check that out, haha.

TCM II is somewhat …
TCM II is somewhat mentioned in TCM III, Caroline Williams makes a cameo as a TV News Reporter in the beginning. The little girl in TCM III, played Young Tina in F13TH 7. Halloween 3 has one of the most irritating theme and ending of any movie, but that’s what makes it unique.

Lol, yeah, good stuff guys! I like that rant you put in there about halloween 5. Myers cring is bullshit, hes pure evil. All he knows is how to kill mother fuckers. So wheres this emotion coming from? stupid . I know that TCM 3 is Efrees favorite and i can understand why, Jason part 6 was the first one I really sat and watched. Its my favorite of the series and Jasons my favorite Slasher! 5 stars guys

I LOVE Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3. For the longest time it was my 2nd fav of the series, until the remake anyway. (Although I have to admit the the trailer for part 3 is re-fucking-diculous.)
