Thanks for sharing your experience. I think we all can relate. Especially with the hair salons that make you wait and then give you attitude. I absolutely refuse to let anyone without tact touch my hair. Just like I dont like to eat food prepared by angry or dissatisfied people. I feel they transfer their bad aura. Have you ever seen “Like Water For Chocolate”? LOL.

When I was natural …
When I was natural I had the same problem with getting ppl to do my hair! They always said things like “your hair is too thick or you have too much hair” I couldnt get anyone to straighten it =( So my trusty mom would do it (burnt ears and all) LOL

I can defintely relate. I haven’t been to a hair salon in years and consequently feel unsure about going to one again because I’ve had such bad experiences in the past. Though truthfully, if I could find a competent hairstylist to give me a proper haircut I would shell out the money.
