sallie mae is trying to get me to pay for a loan i co-signed. i sent them proof that i was a victim of i.d. theft. but they wrote me that there was not enough evidence that fraud was committed and i have to pay for the loan. they will not send any paperwork about the loan. so now i have to figure out how to take sallie mae to court and have a judge to dismiss their collections and fix my credit. anybody got any ideals to fix this problem?

Your interest rates depends on your credit worthiness and your willingness to pay dumbass, that’s why its that high. Learn to read the terms and conditions of the loan before you show us that paper. LOL
