I haven’t seen this but it does look awesome. I always thought they should make King Diamond’s “Them” into a show. How bloody your pants would that be!
Oh and a few things …
Oh and a few things.
1 – this is not a film. So I doubt there will be dvds, and given the (deserved) secrecy, whoever films it for teh interwebz should be shot. Plus, you’d miss out.
2 – the theatre is so perfect for it. Most London theatres are large. A small one like this just… it’s what it needs.
3 – do I love Nyman and Dyson for this? Sweet God, yes!
4 – cannot recomend it highly enough! Enormous fun stuff, perfectly scripted, perfectly funny, perfectly scary. Just…perfect.

Went to see this play the other day. LOVED it! I wouldn’t call it terrifying. Its scares are just so cool in the amazing atmosphere in the cool decorated awesome theatre, which was just incredible and..well, I can’t give anything away, but there was an amazing atmosphere, effects, stage, plot, scares, laughs & the acting was so very, very good. I don’t scare easy, I don’t believe in ghosts, I hardly ever rave, but I loved this play! Scary, funny and well made & acted – so very entertaining.

You gonna have to …
You gonna have to sit at the stalls for it to be scary. I was sitting on an upper circle and it was way too far. But I can recommend it anyway. Brilliantly made and the psychological effects are well planned. Liked also the story, although I was too stupid to understand it – my mates had to explain me afterwards what was going on!
