Follow these tips to avoid hair care horrors

Your hair is a part of you that says a lot about you. For many people it is one of the things that people will notice first. There are a few things that you can do to make sure and improve or maintain the look and health of your hair.
Avoid unprofessional and over the counter products whenever possible. Celebrities take the advice of professionals like Chaz Dean because they want to look their best. That is an approach that you should strive to emulate.
Your hair is a reflection of your lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle will mean healthier hair. When you do things like exercising and getting plenty of rest will improve the health of your hair. Things like that will hurt the health of your hair are smoking, excessive stress and a poor diet.
Make sure and use the proper hair products. Hair products that contain alcohol will dry and damage your hair. Avoid products that contain chemicals whenever possible. The more natural the product that better. When applying products, avoid applying the product directly to the scalp this can clog your pores.
If you have to use a dryer use a cooler rather than a hot setting. The hotter the setting on a hair dryer the more damage that will be done to your hair. Do not leave the hair dryer focused on one spot for very long. You should move the dryer every few seconds and keep it a good distance away from your head. Using a towel to pat your hair and letting your hair dry naturally is a better alternative to using a hair dryer.
If you are going swimming, make sure and wet your hair before entering a chlorinated pool. This will allow your hair to soak the non chlorinated water first. Wearing a swimming cap will help protect your hair. Make sure and wash your hair and use conditioner as soon as possible after you swim especially if you decide to not wear a swimming cap.
Using a comb or brush made from natural animal hairs is best for combing or brushing. If you have a brush or comb with soft and flexible bristles that is better. Combs or brushes with wide spaced bristles or teeth are best. Avoid combing or brushing when your hair is wet. Wet hair is the most susceptible to being damaged.
You should use warm water when shampooing your hair. Hot water can cause damage. Rinse your hair first prior to applying any shampoo. Then apply the shampoo onto your scalp and gently massage outward. Rinsing completely to remove any residue is very important. Lather only once. Oily hair should be washed daily and dry hair two to three times per week. Trial and error will help you determine the best shampoo and conditioner combination for your hair type. Leave in conditioners work best to hydrate your hair. Be gentle in your application; remember wet hair is easily damaged.

Why are movies and haunted houses not as scary when your with a guy?

I usually freak out when i go to haunted houses or watch scary movies. But the last couple of times ive gone with a guy that i sort of have a "thing" with, and it wasnt as scary. I didn’t really freak out at all. Is it because if you have a guy with you, you feel more protected? Im just curious.

no, well part of it but it’s like u have to feel brave, or u get the fuzzy feeling and not even concentrated on the movie.

It certainly made me think about the loss I had with a pet awhile back, and gives an inspiring message.

I am having a party and everyone likes to tell ghost stories so I juust need some. And Im interested in what you have to say.

When I was living in Italy, I had this dream one night about this man coming to me in my dream and grasping my hand and we traveled all over Italy. He showed me all of these different places and we’d visit them as if we were revisiting places we had been before. At the end of the dream he kissed me and something made me wake up. I woke up just in time to see the same man leaving my room through the wall opposite my door. Definately an unusual experience.
