A Chinese Ghost Story I – 2

Mar-8-2010

I saw this movie in my childhood. And after 10 years I did not remember anything about this movie but I found out it I also don’t know how I was able to find out this movie. It’s my life. My all times favorite movie. My words will fall short of true meaning what I have inside for this movie. I follow this movie. It’s a brilliant mix of fantasy, comedy, romance, horror, erotic, scary and martial arts. The story about the power of love is pretty touching and warm. It’s a Chinese/Cantonese classical romantic true love story. It’s a masterpiece of Hong Kong Cinema.

Sinnui Yauman is without a doubt one of the best Ghost Stories ever made into film. Written by Songling Pu and directed by Siu-Tung Ching, A Chinese Ghost Story has it all. Ling Choi Sin played by Leslie Cheung is a young man down on his luck that goes in search of a monastery for lodging, deep in the woods, a place the villagers seem very afraid to go near. The trek alone is perilous with wolves, and a crazy Taoist monk lives at the temple. Ling Choi Sin meets Tsing, a beautiful and mysterious young girl who also lives nearby in a deserted temple. She is forced to seduce men for her evil mistress, but when she meets innocent Ling Choi Sin they fall in love.
Ling Choi Sin is sort of a bumbling fool but his heart is in the right place, while Tsing tries to protect him from the other spirits in the woods, he tries to protect her from the monk who is trying to kill the spirits in the woods. There’s great martial arts, even a monk that breaks out into drunken song as he performs ritual Taoist sword forms. The movie does a lot of traditional old martial art films acrobatics, with magic and flying through the air, leaping from tree to tree, with elegant long gowns and scarves, but the movie genuinely flows, and everything is effective.
Tsing is to be married to an evil tree monster, which can’t be good, and we feel her plight in her home where we meet her sisters and stepmother who is truly not nice. In the end they must fight a tree witch with a deadly tongue, and go with Yin deep into the heart of to fight a thousand year old evil to save their souls, and bring Ling’s ashes back to her home for a proper burial so she may have a chance at reincarnation.
A beautiful story that truly pays attention to details. One is touched in many ways by this movie; you’ll laugh, cry, and just have fun with the great martial arts and cinematography. And though at the end, Yin and Ling Choi Sin ride off into the morning sun under an enchanting rainbow, we never know if Tsing was afforded a reincarnation, but we do know her.

Satanic Occult/Mind Control

Mar-8-2010

The word occult comes from the Latin word occultus referring to “knowledge of the hidden” The name also extends to a large body of literature and spiritual philosophy. To the Occultist it is the study of “Truth”, a deeper truth that exists beneath the surface: ‘The truth is always hidden in plain sight’. There is often a strong religious element to these studies and beliefs.

In Americas short history many occult groups have shown up all over the U.S, many that have had influence on the countries polices and its governance. Groups such as Skull and Bones (the brotherhood of Death), the Bohemian Grove(Bohemian Club),and Freemasonry.
People in the entertainment field have also joined these groups and have had influence on the minds of many and have played down what goes on in the rituals of these various groups.
Such as Actor/writer Harry Shearer (This is Spinal Tap, Saturday Night Live, The Simpsons), who has attended at least one Bohemian Club event, wrote and directed The Teddy Bears’ Picnic, a parody of the Bohemian Grove

*please research the “The Franklin Cover up” and “Satanic ritual abuse” a lot of it is too disturbing for me to type.*

*Research “Tiffany lamp meetings” and “Council of 13″*

Mind control techniques are supposedly able to subvert an individual’s control of their own thinking, behavior, emotions.

Anthony Stahelski identifies five phases of social psychological conditioning which he calls cult-like conditioning [Stahelski, 2004]:
1. Depluralization: stripping away all other group member identities
2. Self-deindividuation: stripping away each member’s personal identity
3. Other-deindividuation: stripping away the personal identities of enemies
4. Dehumanization: identifying enemies as subhuman or nonhuman
5. Demonization: identifying enemies as evil

A subliminal message is a signal or message embedded in another object, designed to pass below the normal limits of perception. These messages are indiscernible by the conscious mind, but in certain situations can affect the subconscious or deeper mind and later actions or attitudes.

Subliminal techniques have occasionally been used in advertising and propaganda.

In 1957, market researcher James Vicary claimed that quickly flashing messages on a movie screen, in Fort Lee, New Jersey, had influenced people to purchase more food and drinks. Vicary coined the term subliminal advertising and formed the Subliminal Projection Company based on a six-week test. Vicary claimed that during the presentation of the movie Picnic he used a tachistoscope to project the words “Drink Coca-Cola” and “Hungry? sales of popcorn and Coke in that New Jersey theater increased 57.8 percent and 18.1 percent respectively.

subliminal messages have a long history in television shows, movies, and novels. Many references deal specifically with the military. An episode of The Simpsons involved Bart and his friends joining a boy band, the Party Posse. While watching a video for the Party Posse, Lisa notices the phrase “Yvan Eht Nioj” being repeated continuously by belly-dancers. She plays the video in reverse and finds that it means “Join the Navy”. Also, an Uncle Sam “I Want You” poster can be seen in the video frame by frame.

Project MKULTRA, or MK-ULTRA, was the code name for a CIA mind-control research program, run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence, that began in the early 1950s and continued at least through the late 1960s.There is much published evidence that the project involved the surreptitious use of many types of drugs, as well as other methodology, to manipulate individual mental states and to alter brain function.Although the CIA insists that MKULTRA-type experiments have been abandoned, 14-year CIA veteran Victor Marchetti has stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducts disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA claim that MKULTRA was abandoned a ‘cover story. The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an ‘extensive testing and experimentation’ program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens ‘at all social levels, high and low.

‘Trauma Pill’ in recent time scientist have worked and are currently working on a so called “Trauma Pill” scientists are working on a pill that, when given after a traumatic event, may make the resulting memories less painful and intense. Some doctors have an even more ambitious goals. They are deliberately triggering very old bad memories and then giving the pill to completely erase them. In the hands of the wrong people this may be a very dangerous tool to have.

*please do your own research on the subjects*

Japanese Ghost Stories – Mujina and the Faceless Ones

Mar-6-2010

Ghost Stories kept the people cool back in Old Japan before electric fans and central air.

Cold sweats, icy fingers down the spine, and blood turned to ice in the veins by chilling stories of the supernatural were just the thing for hot summer nights.

Here I retell a story called “Mujina and the Faceless Ones.” This story is one of the collections of ghost stories in Lafcadio Hearn’s Kwaiden.

I goofed up and called the man in the story Mujina but in fact this is what Hearn called the ghoulish antagonists in this short story.

Mujina is actually the name for badgers who in Japanese folklore could play tricks like the one in this story. However, the type of yokai (Japanese monsters/ghosts/devils) is Noppera-bo – humans (if you can call them such) with no faces who delight in scaring people.
